YUGU E-Gift Card can be used online and in-store.

[How it works]
This E-Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

To purchase as a gift, select “I want to send this as a gift”, enter the recipient’s email, name (optional), and a personal message (optional).

Choose a delivery date. The E-Gift Card will be sent by email on the selected date. If no date is selected, it will be delivered immediately after purchase.

Full price items are eligible for one exchange. If a refund is approved, it will be issued as an E-Gift Card.

Sale items, accessories, and E-Gift Cards are final sale.

Please note that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds instead we are pleased to offer exchanges or store credit for returned items
