How to return

In order to process a return, you must email us at info@yugustore.com with your order number and we will send you the return form.

Once you complete the form, you will receive an email shortly after with return instructions.

All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. We can’t process a refund, replacement or exchange if your item is unable to be resold.
